Throughout the week, two groups were run simultaneously during daily morning sessions and on three afternoons, the groups came together at a specifically chosen local venue to practically apply the skills they had been learning throughout the week. Here are some pics from our first venue where we practice our positive self-talk and challenged our inner critic!

Day, the team at Spring Forward participated in a mindfulness exercise guided by the Psychology Department. It allowed us an opportunity to check in with each other and ourselves to encourage overall emotional well being.

Staff reported feeling calm, relaxed and even a little sleepy after the exercise!!
