Why Perform Bayley Cognitive Assessment?

The Bayley Scales of Infant and Toddler Development is regarded as the most accurate early intervention assessment for a child’s development and can be administered from as young as one month of age. It allows us to identify delays early on and prompts intervention and treatment plans. The Bayley allows the administering therapist to make recommendations about potential therapy interventions across relevant disciplines such as Pediatric Occupational Therapy, Paediatric Physiotherapy and Childrens Speech Therapy.
