I love to use Expressive Arts to help young kids and teenagers to relieve various issues, such as anxiety and stress.
People, specifically children and teenagers, have a broad imagination and an innately creative side, which is why it is easier for them to do drawing, painting, or clay work rather than to answer questions face to face. Art activities allow kids to handle complex issues and trauma creatively!
